Core Values Wall
The Athletic Department of Hoffman Estates High School showcases their mission statement and core values with a unique mixed media wall display. This past summer, the Athletic Director of Hoffman turned to us with just a word document of their mission and values, and allowed our designer to have creative reign on how to display these important messages outside of their athletic office.
We came up with the idea to pair flat wall graphics with rigid PVC and MaxMetal signs with stainless steel standoffs. These standoffs created a half an inch of depth off of the wall and graphics. The wall consists of four large wall graphics, eight PVC boards, and seven MaxMetal boards. The wall measures 95 square feet, and we were able to lay out the graphics and boards to fill up the majority of the wall.
Imagine the possibilities for any blank wall; something as simple as a mission statement and values can be turned into a full scale mural to capture your student's, staff, and visitor’s attention!
In addition to the Core Values Wall, we also created an array of exterior signage for the Hawks’ stadium. A total of thirty MaxMetal signs ranging from sizes 18” x 12”, 24” x 18”, and 30” x 24” were created to display general stadium information and state championships or places. Eight A-Frames with sixteen Coroplast inserts were also created with different stadium messages. We were mindful of the Hawks branding and created a cohesive look throughout all signage with their vivid colors and Hawk logo.
All of the graphics for both projects were printed on our HP Latex 360 Printer, which creates high-quality, durable prints that emerge dry, odor-free, and ready to use.
A-frame signs with changeable graphics
In 2017 we helped Hoffman Estates High School update their stadium and press box with new signs and windscreens. This project began with an on-site consultation, design process with our in-house graphic design team, production and installation. Check out the before and after photos below!
