Describe the Bannerville culture and what it means to you.
"The friendship and team comradery makes us excited to come to work every day. It’s also enjoyable to work at Bannerville since the culture here is a tight-knit family and friends environment. Working in a small company allows for more personal interactions, which is especially helpful with clients."

What makes you excited to come to work?
"Here at the Ville, the Design Team will make your creative ideas come true. The highlight of our day is working on new and unique projects, all while making the customer happy and excited for their visions to come to life. We also get excited for daily deliveries from Jimmy Johns, and seeing our favorite Amazon delivery guy, sportin’ his ankle weights. Let’s not forget our Friday Fun Days where we sometimes play basketball or go out to lunch together! "

What is one fact about you that people might not know?

Kelly grew up in Arizona and has a 17 month old son.
Steph has extremely curly hair and a dog named Milo.
Jackie has a dog named Riley, loves cheese, and is forever cold at her desk. She wears ten layers of clothes and has her own space heater to keep warm.
Rachel grew up in Iowa and has two rescue cats, Benny and Penelope.
