We are wrapping up Women's History Month by introducing you to the amazing women that are a part of our production and installation team. These women work hard to make sure each detail is perfect on every order, before it leaves our facility and on the job site.
Say hello to the women of our Production & Installation Team - Inga, Debbie, Val, & Kris. To help you get to know them better, we asked them a few questions. See what they had to say below! We can't wait for you to learn more about this hard-working team and find out who likes to go fishing.
Describe the Bannerville culture and what it means to you.
"Bannerville culture is always striving to be professional at all aspects of our work."
"Everyone loves each other just like a family."
What makes you excited to come to work?
"I love to see the smiling faces of my team in the early morning. I am so fortunate to see how the hard work of the Bannerville design team comes alive at production and later on at installations on site"
"Feeling like part of a team"
What is one fact about you that people might not know?
Do you have any good stories or experiences working here?
"We had an installation of wall graphics at Stony Creek Elementary School in Alsip. I was installing tree graphics in the school hallway and a student from 1st grade would stand next to me and watch me while I worked during all periods between classes. When we were almost finished with installation, she came to me and said, "It's crazy cool what you do, and I want to be just like you when I grow up."
What's the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
"It's always another day to match spot color if you can't get it right on the first day."
If your team had a theme song, what would it be?
Glenn Frey - The Heat Is On
What is your favorite Bannerville project you have worked on and why?
"Wrightwood 659 Gallery project. Precise, flawless installation of wall and floor graphics. Another favorite was a custom hot dog created for one of our longtime clients."
